Personal data processing policy

By applying for a job offer on the Staphyt site, you authorize the company Staphyt (hereinafter referred to as “Recruiter”), responsible for processing, to collect your personal data and use them as part of a recruitment process. and any hiring procedure.

We collect and process the following data: your surname(s), first name(s), email address, telephone, curriculum vitae and any other optional element(s) that you would like to share with us.

In addition, your data will be used to contact you, process your application and in the possible elaboration of an employment contract.

You are not required to provide this data. The processing of your data is carried out on the basis of your consent, including when it has been collected on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Recruiter to process your application.

In case of refusal on your part, your data will be deleted from all our databases. However, please note that any absence or refusal to communicate your data cancels the application process.

It is recalled that in the context of the processing of your data and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 applicable from May 25, 2018 (hereinafter “GDPR”) and of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to know if we hold your data and if so, you have the following rights under the conditions specified in the GDPR:

Right of access (Article 15 GDPR);
Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR);
Right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR);
Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);

All the rights listed above are personal and can only be exercised by the person who communicated their data to the Recruiter.

For the purposes hereof, your data may be kept by the Recruiter for a maximum period of 24 months. After this time, you will receive an email offering to update your data. Without a response from you within 10 days, your data will be deleted from the databases.

Your data is not subject to automated processing. As part of the processing described herein, all appropriate technical, organizational and security measures are taken against any unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction and loss of your data, which is hosted in data centers located within the European Union for the entire duration of the processing. Unless otherwise provided by law, regulation or court decision, access to your data will be restricted to employees present within the Recruiter company and, where applicable, to its customers, when the latter need to consult and/or use them. for the purposes described above.
